Shipping & Returns
For local orders, the average shipping and handling time is about 14 days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. While we happily accept returns on local orders, we regret that we cannot offer returns for international purchases. To ensure a perfect fit, please carefully check our size guide or reach out to us if you have any questions about measurements before placing your order. If in doubt, always size up (your iggy will thank you).
To return your order please contact us at contact@project-hound.com. Provide your order number and details about the issue with your item. We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your return within 7-10 business days.
Customs & Duties
Customs duties and taxes are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before placing your order. These charges will need to be settled upon delivery, and they are not refundable.
Damaged & Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Make sure to include photographs of the damaged packaging and contents. If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, double-check the tracking information or reach out to us for assistance.
Order Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
